– Perform various tasks related to accounting, and reporting processing, mainly relating to accounts payable.
– To perform investigation, resolution and escalation of issues in a timely manner.
– To assist Finance Manager in identifying areas for process optimisation and performance of quality reviews to ensure adherence to defined policies and procedures.
– Ensure all services are provided on a timely basis including daily operations and month end closing as per the SLA signed with company entities without compromising the work quality and comply with company accounting procedures and applicable accounting requirements.
– Support Group of Companies –Finance team on relevant matters relating to the financial operations services by providing timely and satisfactory response on all queries. Lead and liaise closely with external parties for matters related to finance operations services.
– Assist Finance Manager in process improvement and enhancement to ensure proper controls are in place for all identified risks, standardization of process across all business unit and to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

– To assist in coaching and monitoring of junior executive staff.
