Product Manager/ Business Development Manager

Our growing company needs an experienced and resourceful Product Manager to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We’re searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations. Also, an expert who understands how to leverage real data and capitalize on business trends and opportunities.

We are looking for a leader who is passionate and hungry for growth. Candidates should have strong communication and leadership skills, fantastic working attitude and ownership.

A business development professional has three primary responsibilities:

  • Identifying new sales leads
  • Pitching products and/or services
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers

Responsibilities

•Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets. 
•Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing. 
•Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings. 
•Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. 

When it comes to the challenge of actually selling, other typical duties include: 

•Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays 
•Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products. 
•Developing quotes and proposals. 
•Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person. 
•Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met. 
•Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills. 

Requirements

What are the important requirement for you to apply to this job?

•Fluent English are mandatory. 
•5+ years in the business development or related role.  
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills (you’re a people person!). Sense of humor is highly valued. 
•Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients. 
•Excellent leadership and communication skills. 
•Experience in project management and/or sales. 
•Knowledge of productivity tools and software. 
•High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making. 
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, dependability and follow-through. 
•Passion for process improvement and dedication to making everything better. 
•Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response; 
•Adaptable in an ambiguous and dynamically changing environment, with a strong sense of urgency and ability to complete duties quickly. 
•Can-do and positive attitude: be welcoming, considerate, resourceful, tech-savvy, and quick on your feet.

•Experience in building presentations and decks for important internal or external communications.
