Senior Executive, Event & Branding

We are looking for an Assistant Manager or Senior Executive to join our Event & Branding Department. This is a critical role to ensure excellent delivery on marketing activities, to exercise creativity when it comes to collaborating and problem solving. Responsibilities

What are the important responsibilities for you to apply to this job?

– To assist the Event & Branding Manager (Head) and ensure marketing activities are executed successfully and having its expectations met.
– To drive Acestar 2.0 rebranding and PR activities.
– Creative in terms of writing to foster external collaboration, the ability to persuade team members and problem solving. Able to deal with stress by segregating work by priority level.
– Good cheerful attitude, energetic and enjoy building relationship with key principles and external liaisons.
– To work together with the team in terms of planning and executing marketing activities.
– To play a supervisory role to keep interns accountable.
– Native proficiency in English both written and spoken.
– Familiarity on using Zoom or Streamyard is a plus.

Requirements

What are the important requirement for you to apply to this job?

– Preferably with Bachelor’s Degree qualification in Marketing, Mass Comm, PR, Advertising or relevant.
– Minimum with 2-3 years of working experience in managing marketing and communication activities.
– Good Microsoft Office skills.
– Creative and strategic thinker who can offer new ideas.
– Independent and ability to organize and follow through with tasks.
